We really want you to love shopping at Bailey Blu so if ever you want to return a product, Bailey Blu has a very simple return policy:
In-store or local delivery: 10 days
Please keep the original sales receipt, but in case you misplace it, we’ll do our best to find it in the computer! (for your convenience, we will ask to add your name into the computer at the time of purchase for this purpose)
Online Canada: 30 days
Please keep the original sales receipt, but if you lose it, don’t worry – we will find it in the computer!
For our dry foods: 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If your pet doesn’t like it, we’ll take it back! We’ll even take it back opened!
For everything else: you can return all unused/unwashed products that are still in their original packaging (tags attached, unopened, labels intact, unworn, and/or not covered in pet hair), provided the item is not final sale.

Raw by Bailey Blu As for any defective products, we’ll be happy to replace them. All refunds will be made in the same method as the original payment.
Please note that all raw products are non-refundable/non-exchangeable, without exception.
Online returns: If you find yourself needing to return or exchange a product, just send us a quick e-mail with the details of the return before sending the item back. We’ll reply within 48 hours and provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that you will include on the return form and on the package itself.
For everyone’s convenience, all returns must be accompanied by the packing slip as well as the RMA number that we provided. Unfortunately, any return sent without both the RMA and packing slip will not be processed. By providing you with the authorization number, we are able to confirm that the item meets the conditions for a return, saving you unnecessary shipping charges!

The original product(s) must be returned to Bailey Blu headquarters and a separate order placed for any new products you wish to have delivered; placing the new order at the same time as you send the return will ensure a speedy delivery. Feel free to give us a call and we’ll help you through the process. You’ll be charged for the new item but we will credit your account as soon as we receive your return!
